Our Services

The Open Lens Consulting team has substantial experience with nonprofits, a rich understanding of their context and the issues they face, and a deep respect for the mission-driven people who work in the sector. We therefore reserve a portion of our time to work with nonprofits and B Corps at a significantly reduced rate.

We are experienced coaches, facilitators, and trainers for nonprofit executives, board members, and staff. Our most popular engagements for nonprofit clients include:

  • Leadership Coaching for executives and management teams
  • Team Facilitation and Development, particularly around communication, complex strategic decisions, and organizational inflection points
  • ​Workshops and Trainings during retreats or other events

We also offer cohort-based Study Groups and Seminars specifically for nonprofit clients.
