Ned has always been deeply interested in what drives us as human beings, and in turn, how to use that knowledge to help people flourish.
Ned has a wide variety of experience as a consultant and trainer focusing on leadership development, organizational culture, facilitation, and strategic planning. His work centers on helping organizations apply conceptual frameworks, as well as the latest insights from human psychology and neuroscience, to provide practical guidance for making systemic change. Prior to his consulting work in the US, Ned was a Peace Corps Volunteer for three years in Mongolia and worked with organizations in Brazil and Vietnam. Ned received an MPP from Harvard University and holds an undergraduate degree from Stanford University. |
Our Story
Zephyr and Ned often describe themselves as inverted reflections of one another, frequently coming to very similar conclusions from two deeply contrasting perspectives. Working together thus allows for a nuanced understanding of the issues at hand. The unique nature of their partnership has been a rich source of professional learning, as well as a driver for their personal growth and introspection.
Individually and as a team, they have a knack for synthesizing interdisciplinary ideas and converting these insights into immediately useful information for their clients. |
