Emerging Leaders Seminar:
Post-Pandemic Leadership in Tech

In our work, we have found that it is too rare for rising professionals to receive the leadership training they need to perform their best before they step into roles of greater authority where such skills are essential. Now, after the once-in-a-lifetime disruption of COVID-19, organizations will be relying on their next generation of leaders to create new systems and cultures that integrate everything we have learned during the pandemic.

Post-Pandemic Leadership in Tech is a cohort-based leadership and coaching seminar designed specifically to prepare leaders who are stepping into that role.
Apply Here
Hosted online from late June to mid-August, the program is exclusive to emerging leaders in the tech sector, with content focused on how to orient their organizations after the pandemic and into the future. The sessions are interactive and personalized, focused on helping you expand and sharpen your skillsets as you prepare for more formal roles of leadership and responsibility within your company.

Over its course, the seminar will cover the following:
  • The foundational frameworks of adaptive leadership
  • Decision-making in complex scenarios
  • A nuanced exploration of diversity, equity, and inclusion
  • Self-awareness and self-care as a leader in the tech space
  • Group coaching
  • One individual coaching session with OLC’s Founding Principals

Who is This For?

This Seminar is a nationwide program exclusively for emerging leaders in the tech sector. We define emerging leaders as people who have demonstrated leadership above their professional title and who are likely to embrace roles of greater formal responsibility in the future. This program is most likely to resonate with people who are more than a few years into their careers so that they have experience with the full dynamics of an organization. Participants with less than four years of experience in the tech sector should have significant experience in another industry.

Format, Eligibility, and Price

This program will be held live on Zoom once a week beginning the week of June 28. Sessions will be recorded as a backup, but we expect participants will attend the sessions in person to receive the full benefits of participation.

Those interested should apply by June 13, 2021. We intentionally keep the cohort small, and applications are reviewed on a rolling basis, so we encourage you to complete the short application as soon as you can. Applicants will be able to vote on a short list of scheduling options, and you will not be obligated to pay until specific dates have been set.

Enrollment is limited to ensure an engaging experience and to establish strong rapport between participants. We use a cohort model because of its many benefits, including:
  • Promoting an open exchange of ideas with others in similar roles who can offer additional perspectives
  • Opening a safe, professionally facilitated environment for sustained dialogue about critical issues
  • Growing your network with high quality, meaningful contacts who have similarly aligned goals
  • Reducing costs compared to individual consulting and coaching services

The price for the seminar is $2,500. Payment plans are available, and we have a limited number of scholarships as well.

Our promise is that you will find this program useful and applicable, or we will refund your payment. We know that the biggest investment you’ll make is your time, and we are committed to making it worthwhile.
